St. Giles Presbyterian Church is located one block south of US 70 (Glenwood Avenue) at the corner of Oak Park Road and St. Giles Street. Oak Park Road does not connect directly to Glenwood Avenue, but entrance to the service road from Glenwood Avenue is provided at the traffic light at Holly Ridge Road.

Also, the rear parking lot for Hampton Inn and Fat Daddy's Restaurant on Glenwood Avenue connects with St. Giles Street. Traveling west on Glenwood Avenue, turn left at the traffic signal light between Hampton Inn and Fat Daddy's and drive through to the rear exit. Turn left at the foot of the parking lot. St. Giles property is on the right.
